Valia who was the person helping me at the store was very kind and provided great service. They were understaffed and although I had to wait a while, she kept me engaged and made sure she knew I was waiting for her. By the time I actually was being assisted, she did her best to help me find information for the new products and made it very easy to purchase my items and answered all my questions politely and kindly. She was also doing the same with other customers.
