The service was great, especially since we did not have an appointment. The photos of the problem with the tire were very helpful.

I had my oil changed at another shop and they discovered a bad coolant leak, but they couldn’t fix it. My friend recommended Big O and he called them to see if I could have the leak fixed there and they said to come on in, but I might have to leave the car overnight, which was fine. I received a call explaining the problem and the cost to fix it shortly after and in a couple hours, I received another call that my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. The service was excellent and completed way before I expected.

Professional and efficient experience

As I've noted many times, the team that works at this location has always (imho) treated me fairly and honestly with several cars over the past 20 years, so I will continue to come here unless things change for the worse somehow.

I dropped my truck off 12/20/23. The check in process and tire selection went smoothly. The techs installed the tires then aligned the truck. Upon completion, the truck didn’t seem to be driving straight and the steering wheel was misaligned. I also noticed some fresh gouging/dings in the aluminum on the RH front wheel. I took the truck back the same afternoon and spoke with Adam Littleton about my concerns. He immediately jumped into action to correct the problems. He ordered a new/used wheel and scheduled me for another alignment the next day. When I dropped off my truck today for the second alignment and wheel swap, I was greeted by Adam who was again, very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He personally oversaw the alignment. The wait got a little long and I offered to let them keep the truck to diagnose the issue. Adam called an hour later and said the truck is finished while also explaining that the alignment issue was caused by a worn inner tie rod end. I told him that I’d be right over to settle up and that’s when he told me that there was no charge. I insisted that I’d like to pay for the part, but again he said no charge. Absolutely excellent service.

Adam and his team are very knowledgeable, fair and have always treated me well. I never feel as if I am being taken advantage of. I have been going to this Big O for over 20 years.

Making appointment was easy. The appointment time was respected. Needed services were communicated to me by phone. My questions were answered.
