Big O Tires

Excellent communication after thorough inspection of vehicle. Good advice regarding problems with an older vehicle, and my DIY efforts, as I confront the decisions relative to replacing the parts over time, versus the entire car.

We attended this big O tire on a bit of an emergent basis. We had a completely flat tire and live 80 miles away from this store. Cody, our customer rep was friendly and understanding of the situation and took the time to explain the store policy for repair. Unfortunately, after inspection and an attempted repair, it wasn’t holding. We were shown the situation and Cody said he would be really uncomfortable with us trying to drive on it. We agreed. Thankfully we had snow tires at home, and due to have them switched, so my husband brought them brought down and placed them in the vehicle as the store was closing before we could get them dropped off. We were called the next morning at 9am letting us know all tires had been changed. Far and away the most hassle free and best experience I’ve had re: vehicle repair of any kind. We will for sure be back! An extra special thanks and shout out to Cody for his professionalism and being the hero of the day for my daughter and me during this unexpected wrinkle in our day! :)
