The day before I came in to get air in my tires because the warning light had come on. The service attendant advised me that I had a slow leak and to come back if there it came on again. It did not go off, so I came in to get it repaired. It was clearly explained to me why the tire could not be repaired, a new one was ordered (this did involve a couple hours of waiting but I was able to go home and was contacted to come back). and all was done by the end of the day. I was also given a good explanation of the other inspections done and my concerns about a noise while was driving was patiently and respectfully addressed. I have already recommended Big O today.
