Big O Tires

After I paid, when I drove off, the check engine light came on. I had to come back the next day. I figured someone just bumped something while working that caused the light to come on, but Adam said it actually meant something that needed to be fixed and it was just coincidental that the light came on immediately after work was done on the car. Adam really went the extra mile, to eliminate any doubt about where the responsibility might lie, by taking care of the issue for me. I was very impressed by the extent he went to in order to keep me as a happy customer!

I was impressed with how quickly my RAV 4 was serviced and the service was great.

I was able to request the tires that wanted, the tires were in stock, I scheduled an appointment, arrived early got my vehicle in promptly and was apprised of the progress until completion! Awesome store!

Satisfied with experience, but requested appointments online, and never received a confirmation. Called the store and they said the appointments were accepted but there was no communication back to me. made appointments for 2 cars tire change over 2 days, they were so quick they were able to do both in the same day back-to-back.
