The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and my favorite thing is that when they call and tell you the issue with your car they give you the exact dollar amount it will be to fix it. And when I go to pay it is exactly that!

At the start of this I said I brought and EV for the appointment, but it was not. There is no way to go back in the survey. During service the manager called to tell me the rear brakes needed rotors and pads. I declined the service because we plan to sell the car. I appreciated that there was no hard sell attempt on the job.

I was so surprised that it I wasn't charged anything to have my tire leak checked and fixed when it was found to have a screw in it! Very friendly service desk, quick repair, and free! What more could I ask for!!! I'll be back if I need service in the future!

Every time we have any type of service done at this Big O store, all of the associates are very pleasant and, Adam, the manager is very knowledgeable about everything. We are always given white-glove treatment.
