Came in to get a flat tire fixed with no prior appointment and was told it would be about an hour and 30 minutes. Ended up only being about 45 minutes to get it fixed and was not charged for the fix

Made appointment for tire rotation arrived early only to wait until 2:30 for work to start. So I don’t understand the purpose of the appointment if it’s first come first serve, if so state that to customers.

When I made the appointment the day before, I was under the impression I would get the service done right away. It was 2 and 1/2 hours. When I returned to get the vehicle, I asked what the advantage of having an appointment was since it took the same amount of time I was quoted the night before. The response was that they had to finish a couple of vehicles they had not done from the day before. By the way this review would not be pleasant at all if I had to wait. This was my father’s car who is 92 yrs and to think this is what you would have him wait on is NOT acceptable. Hopefully you will consider this in the future with your customers. Thank you
