I was Highly Satisfied. They we very friendly, nice, took the the time to explane things. What they were going to do. How much the tires would cost. Easy in and out. Keep my car clean. Did a good job.

Cory was gruff. When I checked in, I said I had talked to Cody the day before and he had given me prices. Cory’s prices were different and he said, “Are you sure you talked to Cody? I’m Cory. People get us confused. He didn’t look at me the whole time of check in and just looked at the computer and typed. He did get the job done and the price quoted by Cody was what Cory ultimately typed up. He got the job done but was not customer friendly.

Your shop rate is 180 an hour which is 50% higher than my preferred provider

Well I made an online appointment a week prior for two certain tires and when I arrived they said they didn’t order them due to not wanting to have too much inventory and then said they had called and left a message telling me that but they did not. I always have my phone. And I checked the paper, they had the correct number, so that was a lie. Then they said my back tires were borderline that they needed replaced but I had made an appointment for 2 cheap tires. He marked down other ones (not to match the price of the tires I made the appointment for) and I ended up with 4 tires and an alignment which ended up being almost 800 dollars which I didn’t have. I will say he is an excellent sales man and very nice but I didn’t even feel like I could say no and he said he could only mark down these certain tires IF i got an alignment as well. I wish I would have just said no and went somewhere else but I felt uncomfortable

I had a 8 am appointment for oil / filer change , and tire rotate , took 3 hours . No communication . My daughter had taken it in and when asked about ETA , the desk guy was rude to her . Unacceptable . I have to feel like I can trust you guys to treat my daughter properly

I was told that this is a first come first serve location. As I was waiting for my car a woman came and said "I have an appointment at noon" Wait what!! Are they discriminating against me? As I have NEVER been able to make an appointment!
