It took longer than expected which is fine however I think they should call and let you know that it will take longer. I also told them the battery was dead earlier that day and they did not offer to check the battery or let me know you offer that.

Drove by at 4:20 pm and saw that several work bays were open and 3 employees standing around talking in a group. Turned around and went into to store to ask if they could change out 4 tires that I had in back of truck. No one was in lobby but manager. Asked person behind the counter if he could change out tires for me and he said they were closing soon and could not do the work. He never even made an effort to look up and make eye contact during the conversation. It would have taken the 3 employees standing around less than a half hour to do the work. We were down from the mountains where we live and had made several stops during the day to find a shop that would change out the tires for us. All were too busy. Finally found a shop that appeared able to do the work and they refused. Disappointed in how the employee treated me and declined to the work when work could have been done.

Associates stoop around too much. One part of service completed when I first arrived tire rotation and rotation. Waited about 2 hours for oil change. Oil change specialist never take so to complete this process.

We took 2 cars to Big o tires as they are very close to our house. The first car they report that they were doing rotations on the tire but after 20,000 miles the front tires are balled and the back are close to brand new. For 75% of the life of the tire we did our oil changes regularly with Big o Tires. It seems like they didn't do any rotations when they said there were or just rotated across the axil. The second car they claimed to have done tire rotations but when I took my car home noticed the pressure in the front tire was 18 on both sides and they never rotated them. When i went back into the store i was assured that they checked the tire pressure but when i asked them to check it turned out to be 18 mmHg in the front and 26 mmHg in the back. But on my invoice it said my tires were 30 in the front and 30 in the back. I am very upset because of this mistake on our sienna we have to buy 4 brand new tires. We will not being going back to Big O tires in the future.
