The team member Adam was attentive and very helpful.

Cody was upfront wth me about my choice of tires. I told him I am a retired teacher who needs the best offer for what I was looking at. The service itself was done in 40 minutes, which was great.

Great service and friendly staff

I took my car in for an oil change. The man working to check me in was vey friendly. He let me know that it would take 2 hours. It only ended up taking little over an hour. He also let me know service I may need in the future. This place does not try to over sell you and they let you know what you need. I don’t know much about cars and that could lead me to be coned into things I don’t really need. So it’s nice to know that won’t happen at this location!!

The service was exceptional, great communication from the service counter, their prices were really fair and at the end of the sale I got a small discount, the staff are friendly and honest.

I have been brining my cars to this location for over a decade, they are always kind, helpful, no bs. They explain everything in details and give me options based on severity of the issue and any safety concerns if I were to wait on a repair. Finally, they treat all of my family that comes in with their cars with respect to their questions, need for knowledge, etc.

First, every associate was super friendly, but not in a fake way. They just wanted to help. They took a look, called with the diagnosis, and told me it was a no-charge repair. The dealership I took my car to prior wanted me to buy 4 new all-wheel drive tires and they weren't even 9 months old. Big O took care of me.
