Extremely friendly staff, clean waiting room and they had two mechanics check out my car so they could be positive in the work that needed to be done to it! As a single young woman, it can feel uneasy in environments that revolve around subjects I’m not very knowledgeable in. I felt extremely confident and comfortable in the shop! Thank you Big O for making the experience easy and for explaining in detail all the work that needed to be done! Definitely will be back :)

Even though the shop was busy for a Saturday on a holiday weekend, they let me get in and fixed my wife's car with a nail in it! Thank you!
