I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the way the staff treated me overall. I am curious on the products and also want to make this a routine thing for the future.

The receptionist was amazing. She kept me informed on the progress while I waited for my appointment to start. She made me feel welcomed and wanted back. Explained the member program and process on setting it up. My massage therapist recommended to come back for maintance since she was able get some knots worked out.

Lana, is great at what she does. She demonstrates knowledge, compassion, courtesy and professionalism. She is very passionate about her work and her facials clearly show that she is all about exceptional customer service. She also has the strength of making recommendations on facial types and I have purchased a few recommended products in the past that I continue to use. Thank you Lana!
