Wanted a margarita for my birthday. The food was just ok, just as the drink was iced down. But I wanted to celebrate. Not the best Mexican food

terrible waitress. we were going to go to black Angus next door but I wanted to go to El torito. The waitress did not put our order for no cheese on any of our dishes. she had to send them all back. Then one dish came back wrong again, twice. we did not sent it back, but Will never go to another El torito again.
