Just what I needed

I appreciate the professionalism provided from the time you walk in the door. I am having some difficulty with booking online so I decided to call and schedule my appointments from now on. I always ask for Courtney or Richard. As a runner, I find that they are focused on helping me learn where I need to concentrate stretching to continue with my running goals. They are excellent Massage Therapists.

I liked everything. Very impressed with desk staff and the massage! I come often and have been happy every time.

Ease of appointment, knowledge of products, friendliness of staff.

I have had other massage spa memberships in the past, and I found that Hand & Stone surpassed the other establishment in all areas. The reception area was delightful, and the receptionists were very helpful and pleasant. The massage therapist, was outstanding. She seemed to be very knowledgeable, and her technique was perfect. All in all, it was so delightful that I discontinued my membership at the other massage establishment and I will continue with Hand & Stone instead. Perfect!!!!

Everything went as I had planned. Sara was very good in listening to what I was having issues with. I look forward in coming back again.

Love my therapist and the whole staff

My original appointment was cancelled by Hand and Stone due to the massage person having a family emergency. The appointment was rescheduled for the next day with someone else and I was given a free $30.00 upgrade to compensate me for the inconvenience. I was very impressed as I didn’t expect that. Also, I really liked the massage person ( Tomako). I will definately return.

My Masseuse (Chrystal) is very pleasant and knowledgeable answering my questions on the "knots" I have. She works on them and gets them to release. It is a "me time" for complete relaxation. I received my first massage as a gift. The best gift ever!

Everyone at Hand & Stone not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I will be scheduling appointments every other week starting in January. I am very happy with Hand & Stone and have already told others about it.
