I loved everything about my visit; however, the pre-appointment online form I had to complete was too lengthy. It should be shorter and easier to complete quickly. But I already have my next appointment! ☺️

In a perfect world, my daily schedules would be everything I want to do. I have accumulating money in my account as one month I had covid, one month I rushed my dog. to University of FL emergency as he lost the use of his hind legs, and one month I lost a family member. When I checked out yesterday, I was purchasing a skin product recommended, had an extra service of 30.00 and was told could not be taken from my account. I had to pay extra for the upgrades service and declined purchasing the recommended product. Hand and Stone is not my bank. This is my money and I should be able to use it the day I come in. At this juncture, I want to use up the balance in my account and stop any future withdrawals from my bank. Please understand this has nothing to do with the staff; they are kind, talented and professional. I am on a fixed income, a widow, and signed up as it would be like a savings for me to take care of myself. I did not know that you controlled my money as to what I could use it for. That is wrong

Very friendly and highly helpful staff. Service is very good and any questions asked were answered satisfactorily. Appointments are scheduled within requests.
