First time I used this facility and like the reception persons.

I am very comfortable with Stephanie I love the outcome of the facial I loved everything about it and booked another one before I left the Spa

Massage was very relaxing. The therapist was friendly and patient. I felt so much better after the massage.

My regular masseuse was unavailable at a time I could not change and was offered the facial in lieu. Megan was wonderful and even offered a discount on a service for my inconvenience. What she did not know was that I'd just returned from a trip involving the death of a family member and had been very much looking forward to the massage. However, she was the perfect solution. She was more than pleasant and kind, professional and caring. My experience was was healing in a manner I did not anticipate. Interesting how things happen for the best. I'm grateful for Megan's care and the assistance and recommendation from the staff on the phone when my masseuse was unavailable. My gratitude to all.

I received the best and most professional massage from my massage therapist, Crystal. I have called it being “Crystalized”! Her knowledge and technique is evident throughout the whole experience, including the ambience of the spa.
