Hand and Stone

My therapist was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. She was quiet if I wanted her to be. She checked with me a few times how I was doing. Staff very friendly and smiling. The table was adjusted to the temperature I desired. I liked the room lightening and soft music. All in all pretty satisfactory as we get to know each other. It was only my second visit.

Both services I received were top notch. The massage therapist did an excellent job relieving my trouble spots. The esthetician was extremely knowledgable and my skin looks terrific. I will definitely return to both service providers.

For all the points addressed in this survey, I am totally satisfied and would highly recommed Hand & Stone for massages, facials. I was not happy when the membership monthly fee went up this summer as I would think members would receive some kind of break. Otherwise, I am totally happy with Hand & Stone.
