The staff was very professional and pleasant. Brittany was very knowledgeable. My face was very smooth when the facial was completed.

My face was really looking dull and lackluster. I added onto the normal facial with the red light treatment and rejuvenating treatment and loved the results. Skin was brighter and felt hydrated. I definitely will be back on a regular basis.

The device is excellent but very expensive

Tomika is awesome. She has been my massage therapist since I started using Hand & Stone. I request every time.

Would be nice to have table warm before massage started. Also would prefer massage lotion to be warm. Music could have been slightly louder.

I called to set up an appointment via the monthly subscription. Everything was fine until I showed up at the Herald way location in the Villages. The receptionist had scheduled it at the Southern trace location. Herald Way let Southern Trace know we were on our way, but we lost 10 minutes of massage time. No one offered apologies or compensation for something that was Hand and Stone's error.

Talked to much. Repeated the same conversation over again to me. Felt like used whole body when messaging. I didn’t like how she left wet towels wrapped around my feet.

I was satisfied with my service and the front desk.

There is no particular reason for choosing this.
