Hand and Stone

The waiting area was not that calming or relaxing. The front desk staff was a little short and not as friendly as could have been. Was offered water after massage but then I had to get it myself.

I have been a hand and stone member for years. When I get a great therapist they never seem to stay for long. With that being said some of the newer ones tend to gently rub instead of massage.

I have had better massages The table was too hot

I am tired of completing the questionnaire everytime. May be needed for insurance but it is irritating to complete.multiple.times a month.

I thought a deep tissue massage would help to alleviate the pain in my glutes, but it didn’t seem to make much of a difference.

I have had facials in other states and like to compare the different estheticians and therefore I would not rate this esthetician as the highest until I experience other estheticians from the facility. This is not derogatory to this gal just would like other experiences for comparison.

Great massage therapist!

I’ve been trying to book online through the website or app and can’t get the code to reset my password. I asked the lady when I was checking out nd basically was told she had no idea and then didn’t offer to book my next appointment even thought I side up for the membership. My therapist was good but it did feel free rushed and was surprised I wasn’t walked out but I’m guessing she had another session right after.

I made an appointment for a facial but mistake was made and I got a massage. Front office was more worried about collecting my credit card info if I didn’t show up. Very tacky. Mistake made but I made the best of it.

The services provided were fantastic. It was after the fact that I realized the gift certificates purchased for me were purchased for $110 and I was only given a $69 credit for service. I feel you’re stealing from people who are offering to purchase a gift card for someone to come and use your facility.
