Hand and Stone

I had stated before beginning that I liked a gentle massage and the therapist started with a harder massage than I was expecting. She did tone it down when I said something.

I had to keep repeating where not to massage- I have areas of my legs that need to be avoided during massage

Everyone did their jobs quite well - nothing exceptional was needed

I had crushed my shoulder some months ago and on my last visit with my Dr. he was passibly going to preform another surgery. After my message my shoulder was almost feeling like new. The message had worked out most of the tightness and pressure in my shoulder. At this point I am hopefull that another surgery will not be needed. I have scheduled another appointment for my self and one for one of my friends and gave another friend a reccomendation to look into booking also.

I had originally made appointment with Stephanie but they called and said she is no longer doing facials so had to change to another aesthetician. I liked Stephanie as she explained what she was doing . The facial with hannah was satisfactory but I would prefer to know what she was doing. I'm sure some people prefer no talking the whole time for facials for relaxation. I'm still satisfied with my experience and plan on returning next month for a massage with Stephanie.

I liked my massage and the facility. I don’t feel it was over the top. The lotion used made me itch.

Other that a loud buzzing noise that took time to findI was very satisfied. A picture needed to be taken off the wall to get the buzzing to stop. That cut into my massage time.

Had a gift certificate. Should not had to leave a credit card number.

I feel that the price increase for the microdermabrasion is pretty steep from $30 to $50. I also feel like I should get emails on how many points I have and what I can redeem them for.
