I really enjoyed my facial with Hannah the only thing is I wish she would have explined the products she was using on me.

The room was cold as could be. My therapist was cold too and her hands were freezing

Everything was fine - highly satisfied should be used in extreme situations

The pressure to sign up for your monthly service was not appreciated. The therapist was good.

Waited and waited for therapist to come to get me in waiting area. She apologized and said she had to clean stones from prior massage. I was checking out with others who checked in with me, no extra time extended. I will go back for my chronic pain. NOT with this therapist

I have been to several locations in the Villages and Ocala area and I find myself being nervous coming to the receptionists because most of the time at least one of the ladies is not friendly and acts like a bother that you are there. :(

Did not connect with therapist, their style was ok for me. Therapist was nice, not overly talkative was competent. This is highly subjective, but I did not feel a connection. I will try a different therapist to see if there is a better connection.

I’m happy with the services I was given at the time of my massages. The areas in which I was having issues with have subsided.
