With a facial if additional services are taken other than extra moisturizing, we give up the shoulder/neck massage which I love & yet there are several minutes waiting for products to be absorbed. I would love a longer neck massage or head massage.

Have emailed corporate a number of times with no response.

Personal schedule makes it a little difficult plus the therapist I like are usually booked and if you someone else they're good once then next time they aren't plus for some reason yall don't allow your therapist to really massage the glute area ... why is this ?

I can't say enough about how wonderful Tamako , my message therapist is!!! It's just that 1or 2 reception people in the past have been less than friendly and helpful. Yesterday I did not experience anything unpleasant at front desk. Maybe because they were new faces.

Should have used a decent and smell better than the grease oil. And used too much. When it was too slippery on the skin, I could feel the sharp of the nails… and the room ambient if you can add more aroma smell to the room, will be perfect for the relaxation. Thank you for your good services and improvements!

I received a call 20 minutes prior to my scheduled time asking if I could reschedule to 6:00 instead of my time at 4:00. I explained I love 30 minutes away and was already close to the area. Receptionist explained to me that the therapist was behind schedule. I agreed to wait since I didn’t have plans afterwards. Therapist told me that the guy ahead of me was very late for his appointment. I believe that customer should have been rescheduled instead of having me wait.

The techniques needs t o be between Richard and my masseuse. She is great but I wish I had time for facial and scalp. But she was great.

The therapist don't seem to want to massage the glute area or upper thigh..im assuming it's because of the " no accidental contact " in the hand book but both areas are large muscles that need massaged as well as other areas..thats my only complaint or wonder why

I left a voicemail night before the wanted the appointment to have someone call me and no one did. Hours later I called to get an appointment. The receptionist after asking for my number still did not realize I was a member and proceeded to ask if I had been at that location before , when I told her I had she said such and such would be the price of the service. I then informed her I was a member.
