I will not get another hot stone massage, it didn't feel like it accomplished anything. I felt as though a child was running a rock around my back.

I like facials especially massage on my face cleaning, using products etc. I am not happy that for a period of time I am just lying there while product is on my face. Why don’t I have something else happening- like a head massage or extra neck & shoulder massage? I pay for 50 minutes but for 8 of those minutes, just waiting. Also I had a free something & because I did that, I didn’t get a neck & shoulder massage. When I get a massage, I am massaged the full 50 minutes. Not so with a facial. Unless I pay extra??

Receptionist was too busy studying her book to pay any attention to me. It was my first time there and I was not familiar with your procedures for checking in.

Every person you meet should welcome you with a friendly, genuine smile. Some of the receptionists were studying and using the computer to study. Ok, but aren't they at work ?

It is a hour massage, at least be consistent on that 50 min minimum closer to hr better.

There was no conversation about pressure or type massage other than‘general’. Just not as thorough as H&S is usually. Still fine but not exceptional.

I do not like receiving emails reminding me that if I had a no show I would still be billed. I know it’s written policy, but if I had to miss an appointment, it would be because I had to. You should look at a client’s history.
