I had my first massage ever there and the lady did an amazing job.

Dawn Cadieux was very friendly and had a great conversation about the Bible and other topics I am sorry that I did not ask her more about all the pimples on my face and what I could do about them.. I thought maybe this experience would help with the stuffed pores. Otherwise it was wonderful

I have had facials in the past, Jazz the aestheician for Heart and Stone proved not all facials are the same! Enjoyed the facial and the products used.

I am there strictly because the ladies that do facials and massage are excellent. They are professional and very competent. Not the case with the receptionists. They seem to be more interested in talking to each other as opposed to the clients.

My overall experience is directly related to my massage therapist. Stephanie is very experienced and is genuinely interested in areas of my concern and focusing on those areas and issues. The folks at the front desk are welcoming and pleasant which completes the visit on a positive note. I would point out however that after the first time you fill out that I-Pad check-in form, that should be it! As a regular client we are all aware of the "rules", amenities, and "buttons" available. It's an annoying front desk requirement - at least to me.

This has been my second experience ever with a massage and it was perfect. The therapist was very nice and respectful. The pressure she used was perfect for me.

Experience was excellent. Dawn was professional and friendly and the facial was one of the best I've had.

Cheyanne was very efficient and friendly and I will ask for her again.

As stated before, my massage therapist continued to provide a wonderful and therapeutic experience, finding and resolving all my issues…I term that being “Crystalized”!

My therapist, Danielle was fantastic! I asked for moderate pressure and she delivered. Will visit again next time I am in The Villages!
