The Manager and his staff were friendly and accommodating to my need to get service quickly. Those also were engaging with me throughout my waiting for completion of service. Overall, EXCELLENT customer service!!

I am highly satisfied because David Chen, the general manager got me in for an oil change fast without an appointment. After my oil change was done, he then explained to me in details of what he found wrong with my vehicle, that I would need to have repaired soon before any serious damages occur. For that, I really appreciated his services. Great job David

David replied quickly to my online appointment request even though it was after hours. I expected to be nickeled-and-dimed, as so frequently happens with an oil change - but I paid exactly the price I expected. Honest service and honest pricing. Thank you! Also, the appointment was honored, and the service was quick; I had very little wait time. The lobby was clean and comfortable.
