I think they were having a rough day, the first guy was sweet and helpful, the other one, (the manager I guess?) Was not nice, no patience but again, maybe just a bad day? The coffee machine could use an upgrade too They didn't give me a receipt and when my bf asked for one, he rudly gave us one. Place was really clean!

Communication could be way better. I had an appointment at 12pm and dropped it off early when I got back there at 2pm I didn’t receive no update and my car was just barely going in to be serviced. I know stuff can get behind but it’s just the lack of communication on their end that could’ve been way better so I was aware of what was going on with my car.

Technician was vaping in my car while on the phone. He was very clear in articulating the problem with my radiatior though

Customer service Jenny was awesome. But after I got alignment, I found a nail in my tire, on asking associate working ge denied but think he deliberately did that. He didn't patch it either. I had to being car to a nearby tire shop and pay $20 extra for patch which was I think caused by working associate.
