Big O Tires

Wife and I stopped by to have a Big O tires in South Reno to take a look at our tread , we wanted to see if we could stretch through winter . A Gentleman by the name of Brett Roderick recommended we got tires because of the outer wear on the treads were toasted . We took him up on his recommendation , he was polite and patient with us as we asked alot of question about sizes and tire types . We ended up going with Nexen Roadian Atx B , scheduled an appointment for the next day . We were in and out. Thanks Brett Roderick and staff and Big O Tires South Reno!

I trust this Big O for fair pricing and service. A year and a half ago I took my truck to the big O in Sparks Nevada. I found out that the Work they did was overpriced Which I Paid them returning to ask him a question about the work they did. I was told the problem would take care of itself. Now I'm having to redo the work. They did over again. I'm not the only one that has made complaints to the Sparks store. I fully trust Store number 28 908.

I’ve always used Big O Tires for my oil change and tire rotations. I’m a woman and I trust they won’t take advantage of me.

Very friendly people. Took truck in for alignment and was done very fast, less than 2 hours.

just bought a new/used car the other place I went to for service for new tires and an alignment, next thing come to find is bearings need replaced but wouldn't show me, then after service was done, next day of driving the alignment was off and told them they said oh, your Rods needs replacing that's why, my neighbor always came to Big O for service for over 20 years and said she wouldn't trust anyone else, lets take to them and see whats really going on. Well What I really needed was much different and the Mechanics Lucas Bret had me come down and ACTUALLY SHOWED Me what was the problem. Wow, what a difference they took the time to go over the entire vehicle and found the main issues and took care of them. Made sure to let me know to drive it and call them within 10 or so minutes and let them know how it feels so if I don't feel comfortable with the drive to bring it back so that they could find and fix if anything. That alone made me feel like leaving wasn't my last option walking out the door. I know I'm in better hands that where I was going to. Much better )

Alex and team were easy to work with and helpful in getting our flat tire patched and then in for an appointment the next day for 2 new tires and oil change.

Excellent service overall. Interactions with ALL staff were without difficulty or problems. Service on time as promised and cost estimate almost "on the mark."
