It took 5 1/2 hours to put 2 new tires on my car

already

The garage could not accommodate my over size truck because it couldn’t fit on the lift. Also kept my tire key.

They couldn’t repair the tire I brought in then recommend I purchase new tires. Not sure if I needed new tires but purchased anyway.

Last year I brought in my 230 SL Mercedes for some service. This year I brought in my 2017 Acura MDX for wheel alignment coupled with the 1 year anytime alignment service. All was good until I got the receipt. The receipt was for the Mercedes. Glad my wife noticed it. Since it was for the 1 year alignment service; I wanted it corrected. Got the right receipt the next day via email. Not to worry. Service was excellent.

Technician was not very friendly. Felt he was having a bad day..

price quoted for the tires was 120 but when asked to add on 2 more tires on the call i agreed but was shocked when the job was complete and the total was much more than I expected

The tires I wanted had a rebate going the tires were unavailable I have a rebate for tires you can’t get

I made an appointment, but they needed a different part, so they rescheduled once I showed up. Then I was to,d it would be a two hour wait. Instead, I waited more than 4 hours and I needed to bring my vehicle back the following day for an hour so they could finish.
