I dropped my car off early by 30 mins. at 2:30. I hoped you could get it in a little before my appt at 3:00. They said they would likely be able to take it a little early. I went shopping at Walmart and returned at approximately 3:30. I then sat and waited til 4:15, at which time I got up to ask what the status was. She walked out and came back with paperwork and said "It's ready". She gave me a discount for the wait. There were 5 people waiting in the waiting room, which I have never experienced. I was satisfied with the discount as a compensation for my wait.

I had 12pm appointment to install 5 TPS units. Big O previously installed TPS units that were not compatible with my Tundra’s computer system. The correct units were reinstalled but the installation took 2hours.

The price was higher than it has been in the past

I did not realize that I was paying for nitrogen and I did not want the tire protection plan. $43.98 of additional on 2 trailer tires that I did not need.

BigO forgot to get the front tires until I called to remind them BigO forgot to call me when the tires were ready to Install. BigO insulated the tires all several pounds higher than the manufacturer recommended PSI. I have little confidence that the things I can't check, like alignment, were done well.

I brought my 2010 STi in for tire pressure monitor replacement in all 4 tires and also had a balance/rotation done as well. My TPMS dash light had been on for a few months. When I started my car to leave it was in Limp mode. The staff was able to clear the codes and all the lights went off (now out of limp mode) except the TPMS light. I was told after 20-30 minutes of driving it would go off. It never did. I brought it back and the staff were unable to get the light to go off. I now have to bring it to the dealer. There is also a shaking in my steering wheel between 60-70 mph but since I am already taking it to the dealer I will just have them re-balance the tires.

My OEM wheel lock key was replaced by another key that is an aftermarket product. I specifically asked to have my key return as it was in the cup holder when I dropped off my truck for a tire rotation and alignment. I find it extremely unprofessional to have a personal belonging taken and replaced with a different key. My initials were even on the key! I asked the person on the phone if they could check and was told there was no key with any initials on it. Plus one of my brand new tire rims had scratch marks after service was done. My recommendation to improve service will be to return customers belongings and don’t damage customer parts.

If a service procedure requires additional tech. time to complete per manufacturer, (coolant flush) explain that to the customer and charge accordingly. I am convinced the technician just drained and refilled my radiator. Procedure was not followed. After tire rotation one of the wheel center decals came off. Technician just stuck it inside driver door without notification. Tell the customer. Remove old oil change sticker prior to placing new sticker over it. Use rags when filling and removing oil fill cap, so no oil is present on plastic shields around engine. Remove all oil residue from affected surfaces. On the positive the front service managers were polite and courteous. Is BIG O TIRE really car care specialist?
