Big O Tires

Brought truck in for one tire to be replaced. Just needed it mounted and balanced. When I got in the truck it was on a Hispanic station and the music was BLASTING. Then they proceeded not to give me the old tire. When i requested to get the tire they acted very upset by this and threw it in the bed kind of rough and didnt say anything.

Please include a price for things that are scheduled online. PLEASE have the techs be more careful when their hands/clothes are dirty. Getting greasy fingerprints out of white paint is not fun.

The labor ost was outrages for a $24 part = $300 for a 10 min job they told me my belts were all cracked and needed to be replaced. My husband spent the $24 and took him 10 mins to replace. Also they didn't fill the washer fluid. Or notice a headlight was out. The price for the oil change was reasonable bc I had a coupon. I went with just the oil change. But last time I did an oil change they broke the plug and leaked oil all over the driveway and told me it would be $200 for a new plug and another couple hundred dollars to replace .. again I bought the part myself and fixed it in less than 10 mins. Also this time with the balance tires and warranties alignment my alignment was way worse than when I brought it in. It didn't need adjusting prior to arrival I just thought they would make sure it was aligned. Now I have to go back and get it corrected. I don't have time to spend all day at the auto shop this was a disappointment. Also the minute I brought it home my battery died. I didn't have problems with it until this day. Not sure what was happening this day at this shop but all of this falling apart I was not happy.

I brought this in a month and a half ago with the same problem. Told “we can’t find anything”. I had a nail in the sidewall. Obviously on my first visit, the job was not thoroughly done, thus wasting my time having to bring it back for the same issue.

Please have your associates clearly explain the charges for all purchases and services before doing any work.

I came in for an oil change and explained my car recently died but I had a new battery and if they could check that. The manager was who helped me. I was quoted over $150 no explanation was given. When I told my father how much the oil change was going to be, he went in and spoke to Dan and Dan told him I was being charged $75 for a Diagnostic. He removed the Diag and said that a battery check could be included as it is simple. I feel I have been overcharged every time I go to this store, but I bought my tires there and it is close to my house so I still go back. This is also the 2nd time my father had to go after I was charged a larger amount than necessary, and each time they were able to remove something unnecessary. They did not even offer to rotate my tires even though it was due but I didn't realize till after I left. I feel like because I am a young woman and don't really know better, I get taken advantage of. Maybe that is not the case, but I wish the service was better and things were explained/offered appropriately. Thank You.

Too expensive

You have coupons saying 19.99 oil change when i went to pay the charge was 36.44! False advertising on the coupon i will go to Jiffy lube

Please dont over look the problem I identified and fix the situation
