Big O Tires

You have coupons saying 19.99 oil change when i went to pay the charge was 36.44! False advertising on the coupon i will go to Jiffy lube

Please dont over look the problem I identified and fix the situation

Tires had a 6 psi difference across all tires.

I understood that a Tesla alignment was more involved and would cost more money. However, it was not explained that castor and camber are not able to be adjusted. Basically a full line is not possible based on what big has provided so what’s the point? I also provided a 20% discount coupon that was still valid and accepted, but they only discounted $20. I didn’t realize this until I went home.

I am willing to split the cost of the repair, but I brought in a car that had a working drivers side switch to open the car. You are now charging me!

I drive all the way from North Valleys to Damonte Ranch, past several other Big O shops because I Luke the guys working there and they ALWAYS treat me right.

I bought my tires at this store. The vehicle is used at a vacation property and is only driven 2000 miles per year. The car is in a garage and not in the weather when not being driven. The tires are 7 years old but not worn or cracked and still very serviceable. The person making the appointment, in person at the store saw the contract and the age of the tires when making the appointment. When I arrived for the rotation, however, I was refused service…even by the Mgr., Mr. Wood, telling me there is a LAW that prevents them from servicing tires over 6 years old. Other tire stores say that is BS! Big O has lost any future business and I am passing that to friends. This store simply wanted to sell me new tires because they knew I could afford them. SHAMEFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! CUSTOMER LAST in this case!
