Big O Tires

Very friendly and helped me out big time unlike four other tire shops.The other tire shops did not hustle like your staff I was told my wait would be hrs. Your staff took care of my issue right away.

Had a problem with alignment. It pulled right. Had Acura try to fix the issues. Finally, your guys went beyond the alignment issue and corrected the steering sensor and finally fixed the problem I have had for months. Thank You Chad and Cody.

I picked up a leak in my tire. I took it in to them (no appointment) and dropped it off. I had left and about 45 minutes later they had removed a wood screw and plugged the hole. Very friendly, very quick. I have used Big O for a while now because of there professional treatment of me and my family. The only complaint that I have is that they don't work 7 days a week!

Availability of tires needed and how quickly I was able to get my appointment and tires installed.

I had an oil change done and a coolant flush and power steering fluid flush done. I had a coupon for an oil change ($20 off) and a coupon for other service ($20 off) I was told I could only use one. But I convinced them to let me use both. The bill was over $600 before coupons. The coupons didn't say you can only use one. I have 5 cars, two of which need new tires which will likely be $2,000 more I spend in the next few weeks. Not sure why you would not want to honor a $20 coupon for someone that spends $up to $4K per year at your shop. Thank you for allowing me to use both coupons.

effecient and fair price with good customer service

I always come to this Big O and have for years probably since i was about 17, im 23 now and I really appreciate that I am mot treated differently here because I am a woman, unfortunately it has happened at other companies. I love that all of your employees take the time to explain to me the things I do not know and are always so kind about it. Thank you all for all you do and have done for me throughout the years ❤️
