I stopped in because the air on one of my tires has been low, the young man, went to put air and I explained that tire is alway low, he stated, let me check if it has a nail or something. To my surprise, it did, I went in to the desk and that young man was very helpful too. I was in and out in no time, which made my day. Tire was fixed, service was great and both employees were helpful. It’s nice when things turn out that way

I was seeking a place to purchase tires and did some research for tire shops providing extended services etc. and BIG O tires was my selection. I called for inventory check and within our conversation Danny, had me scheduled with exactly what I was searching for and had them put on that afternoon. Danny made it easy!!

I purchased a set of brand new tires a little over a year ago and I ran into an instance where something punctured my tire... I HAD to get to work the next day. I read the terms on the back of my previous invoice and seen that I had roadside assistance for the following three years and tore repair was also included. I called the number, they sent someone out to put my spare on for me.. I went the next morning for a walk in to have my tire repaired. I was treated with respect, the guys who helped me were very nice and cared for my situation. My son was also treated with the same care, and they had a play area for him! Any parent knows how important that can be to the overall experience. I will forever continue being a big o tires customer!
