This place is awesome...the staff is very professional and they are true craftsman at their trade. I highly recommend this place for any need you may have related to the automotive industry. I was taken care of and the check on my vehicle was thorough

Pricing was fair. They worked with me to get the best pricing possible. I used a coupon from online, and it was easy to see where it was removed from the total due. Parts needed to be ordered, and then re ordered, so it took two extra days, but it was okay. I was able to use a friends vehicle, but if I would not have, it would be a different story. I know work takes time, and cannot be rushed, but being without a vehicle is hard. There is not anything that could have been done, but not a thrilling situation. So while its not a complaint, the team did a good job with communicating and letting me know what was up.

I am a repeat customer and have always been satisfied with Big O Tires service.

I came in for a summer-tires-&-wheels swap to winter-tires-&-wheels...but I forgot the adapter socket for the winter wheels' lug nuts, which use splined nuts. The guys at Big O Placerville had the necessary hex-to-spline adapter...very, VERY satisfied! It snowed at my house two days later.
