They accommodated me when I couldn't find my wheel lock key, and helped me find it.

Steve was very knowledgeable and polite. My dealer told me I needed new tires, but I actually didn't yet and Steve let me know. He could have needlessly upsold me but he didn't, and gained a loyal customer in the process. I will absolutely be coming back once those tires wear out.

All the associates were very kind and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Our wait time was a little longer because of some unforeseen issues with other customers but the associates communicated with us the entire time.

I was traveling back to Washington State when the low tire light came on and stopped at the Big O for assistance. They were able to determine the problem immediately and replaced the broken sensor n my tire and i was on my way in over an hour! Great service and Darren the manager was very helpful during this process! The other staff that I met and talked with were very professional in their work. This shop was well organized and user friendly! I am glad the tire sensor happened on my way through town! A job well done!
