Dropped off a trailer tire to be mounted on an existing rim. Did not wait for tire to be done. Work was done in about 1 1/2 hours. The guys were super helpful in me getting our vehicle in and out of the parking lot. Would totally recommend this Big O for your tire needs in Placerville.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Big O Tires because the associates were very polite and kind. I was able to receive the service I needed the same day. I also liked how some of the associates remembered me from previous visits.

Everyone there were nice. They took care of what needed done and did an awesome job. They were understanding and patient with me with my financial situation at the moment and worked with me. The staff there was great. Steve was specially helpful. He was the one that went over everything and helped me.
