All staff was excellent. Jasmine and Shamess at reception were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Massage therapist, Victoria was exceptional, friendly, professional and talented.

My massage therapist Sarah is amazing, I won't go to anyone else. The reception staff is awesome as well, always kind and helpful. A very nice, clean and welcoming place.

Sarah is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She listens to my concerns, addresses them and it always improves how my muscles feel afterwards. She also is able to tell me why these muscles are sore so that I can try to work on how to improve this in my daily life at work and home. I will be a lifelong customer as long as Sarah is there! Also, Reception has always been very warm and welcoming and I always appreciate this!

H&S is near my home and I’m happy with the quality of the massage. MacKenzie always cleans out my pores. Not all estheticians do this. I really like the eye and lip treatment.

Victoria and "her magic stones" have taken care of me for over a year. I followed her to Frederick for a few reasons 1) lack of female massage therapists at my home location 2) she now works in the town where I work 3) I believe in her ability to help me. I have been in PT since February. I let her know that the PT is saying about my knee but also get feedback from her to report to them. So she is part of my PT treatment. I do wish I could go back to my home location but in honesty it doesn't effect my time spent getting this treatment. The drive time comes out the same.
