From the confirmation call to the end of my service, every person at the Hand and Stone in Frederick, MD was extremely warm and friendly and provided excellent customer service. Seamus at the front desk answered all of my questions and Teresa, my esthetician took a deep dive into what improvements I wanted to see in my skin to make service recommendations. After one facial, I have noticed significant improvement in my skin's clarity, reduced redness, and improved hydration.

The staff is always so friendly. It’s easy to strike up a conversation while waiting, or relax quietly. Tea and water are always offered. Sara is a very skilled therapist, providing me significant relief as well as counsel to help me improve managing chronic pain. I can’t thank her enough and look forward to working with her for years to come.

Receptionists were very friendly and personable! And the massage therapist Victoria was great as always. The only thing I wish was better was the amount of time spent on my feet and also I wish she would’ve told me happy birthday :( Birthdays are often a very painful day for me due to family trauma so it really means a lot when people say happy birthday on it.

I like how personal they make you feel when you walk in the door. The overall ambiance is great and I like how smooth the check-in process is as well as the checkout process.

Victoria is awesome at what she does and is quite personable. Both me and my partner enjoy her immensely, and we enjoy completely different types of appointments, he prefers silent appointments where as I will talk through most of my session. Was thrilled when I saw the opening for the Frederick location, as it cut down on travel time from 45 minutes to 15 minutes. In addition the scheduling flexibility that came with the new location, given that our experience was rapidly degrading at the Gaithersburg location as far as trying to get an appointment.

The Therapist was superb in her knowledge and its application. The staff in the reception area were pleasant and helpful. The mobile app works very well for this store.

The therapist was very knowledgeable and both friendly and quiet, at times. I felt the difference not only that day but for the next few days. Trina was great.
