My massage therapist, Natalie is a real professional. She is terrific at finding all of my problem areas and then treating them. She is the best therapist I've had in a long time. I always look forward to my next massage with Natalie. I hope she never leaves your business.

My massage therapist was amazing! She really focused on the areas I needed extra attention in, constantly checking in with me to make sure the pressure was comfortable or needed adjustments. Already rebooked with her!

I have met 3 different people from massage therapist to the facials. Everyone has been very nice and good at what they do.

Availability of female massage therapists at my home location is poor to nonexistent. Fortunately my therapist from there moved to a newly opened location by my work. I am not thrilled to not go to my home location but it actually works fine. It would be nice to have more options though for a case when you really need a massage on short notice that you can get in. Right now one has to book way ahead. I understand why this isn't much of an option but it would be nice.

Esthetician did a thorough job cleaning my pores. The smell of the products used was very refreshing. It helped alleviate stress.

I am always on time for my appointments. I do not like to be kept waiting an extra 10 minutes while the therapist does their admin duties & finished my session early. I would like know if I’m supposed to get 50 minutes or one hour? Also, I asked for various areas to be addressed & they were not.

Cleanliness and ambience were amazing. That's the only reason why I didn't mind waiting a few minutes later for my appt to begin. The issue I had was my esthetician was wearing gloves while doing my facial. I've had over 40 facials done everywhere and no one ever wore gloves... not sure if she was paranoid of covid or whatever but that really can ruin the experience... hearing the gloves rub against my skin near my ear constantly was extremely unpleasant and at the end putting moisturizer on it sounded sticky and loud. When I asked about one of the products she used on me (it smelled really good so it was a compliment) she didn't seem to want to engage about it. I had to look for myself while changing to see what it was and take a picture so I can look it up. She told me I should buy a kit and didn't go too much into it so it came off more of a sales experience.

Being satisfied is good enough in my opinion it’s not a bad thing to be just satisfied with the service. Highly satisfied,in my opinion would be going above and beyond in all areas but then the business would lose out in that case lol. the therapist was wonderful and I really appreciated the pressure she used on my back muscles. I did specific my back as being my issue, and also wish the lower back got some more focus too. But the massage was great so I really can’t complain.
