The back of my arms and legs weren't massaged. The front of my arms, legs, and chest we're only massaged for 30 seconds. I prefer a full body massage.

I enjoyed my massage, staff were on time and friendly. I was able to peacefully relax. It was a great way to relive stress.

My only true complaint is I pay for an hour and only get 45-50 minutes. The best massager is always booked up. I don’t like the new tipping system.

Great experience. Will come back in the spring.

I am still learning about their services. People there are great! Little pricy since they increased the cost.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because my usual esthetician has a very limited schedule (which isn’t anyone’s fault).

On my intake form I indicated lower back and legs as areas of concern. Lower back was fine but felt that she basically missed my hamstrings, and especially quads. I always hesitate to ask to do more as I don't want to be rude if she just hadn't gotten there yet. Seemed like my quads were missed altogether when this was the main spot I asked for extra attention/pressure.

Prices seem high

Only because the 1 hr massage was not 1 hr. It’s more like 50 mins at the most. My appointment was at 1:00. Taken back 5 mins before start time to speak to therapist & undress then laid on table a few more minutes before therapist entered & began. Massage ended early to speak about muscle’s & recommendations. Therapist walked out at 1:59. Paid for an add on facial massage & it was done during massage instead of after. I expected added time for the facial massage instead of it being done within the 1 hr massage. So actual body massage was maybe 40 mins at the most. Timing is just off & I feel like it’s misleading.

I would like to see the massage therapist's name for previous appts since there are some I would prefer not to book future appts with. One therapist talked the entire time (not recent appt). Another focused more on shoulders and did not do arms at all.
