I loved the calm ambiance of the massage room. My therapist was friendly and gave a wonderful therapeutic massage. The receptionist was warm and inviting as well as the reception area.

First time there and everyone was friendly and accommodating to all my questions. They were good at explaining the ser ices and cared about my comfort.

Sarah keeps great notes after each visit so knows exactly what to focus on or adapt at my next appt. At the end of each appt she takes time to anatomically explain what my problem spots are, what is likely exacerbating them, and exercises I can do to help relieve them on my own. She is so pleasant but doesn’t chat during the session unless asked a question. Just wonderful!
