Vin at the front desk is AMAZING! One of the most pleasant “front desk staff” I have ever encountered. (Which is saying a lot since I oversee 5 front desk staff at my job!) The massage was wonderful and I really liked the upgrade of the eucalyptus aroma therapy…made it that much more relaxing !

The facial service my teen daughters received was great! Their acne got much better and face seemed to glow after the service.

Sarah was a fantastic therapist. She took her time explaining what she was doing and gave me some stretch exercises that I can do to alleviate the pain I was having.

Very friendly staff and very clean and pleasant. The massage really helps with my back issues.

Sharon was welcoming, skilled, and knowledgeable. VIN (front desk) as well was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Another front desk staff was same but I did not recall her name.

When I walked in, Gilly and Vin were so welcoming and kind, I felt like I was a valued guest. Natalie is magical and did an amazing job focusing on my areas of concern. I'm already planning my next visit!

I used to get regular massages on my cruise vacations. Now that we're not cruising, I've been looking for something local. Hand and Stone was reasonably priced and the massage was great! Definitely as good as I was getting on the cruise ships. Also, it was nice to skip the sales pitch that normally comes with the massage. I never felt pressured to buy any products or book my next appointment before I was ready. I would highly recommend.

Natalie was amazing as always! She was able to manipulate the muscles that have been so tight that I frequently feel like I can't breathe. No doctor has been able to figure out the issue, much less provide such incredible relief!

Everything was very clean, everyone was very nice and i felt completely comfortable there.

I never thought I would be a part of a membership where I would ever get massages. After receiving a gift card, I decided to try once. I joined immediately. The reception people are all great, the cleanliness impeccable, the comfort in the room amazing and most of all the massage therapist is a true professional. I look forward to this appointment every month. Natalie is amazing.
