Extremely satisfied with my experience, however, I felt very pushed to purchase a membership, so I did, but I feel I need to cancel it as I expressed many times as well as my mother that I was not in a position to purchase one but the desk lady tried talking me into it 5 times in total, making me feel pressured to purchase it. I had expressed 4 other times I wasn't in a position to purchase at this time.

Holly is excellent, and the front desk staff is very friendly.

Massage therapist is wonderful. Kaitlin is a master in her profession. I feel completely relaxed when I leave.

Everyone is pleasant. The place is clean. Pleasant atmosphere.

This establishment has a great team of highly skilled message therapists. Each person has their talents. I have had the type of massage that was needed that day. Some days you need deep intense care. Or had a rough weekend cleaning and just need to relax.

I’ve been to Hand and Stone multiple times now and every visit has been so relaxing. Caitlin is phenomenal at releasing all the tension I carry in my upper back and I thoroughly enjoy the conversations we have.

I have been highly satisfied with the two different massage therapist. I’ve had these last four months however because I go home and I am not sure when I am coming back and I don’t have a hand and stone near me. I don’t know when I will return I was disappointed that the man who helped me told me that, I could not cancel my membership and that I would have to pay for my next month. However, my friend who also is the same situation I am was told she would have to pay for one in between but could do three months off. I am going to call and find out why I was told something differently.

The staff was great. The therapist was great. Everything was very clean and the ambience was very soothing. I plan to keep my membership, I am very impressed. I did put that I would "likely" keep my membership, because of cost, the rising costs in our country may eventually make it hard for me to afford this luxury, but other than that i will keep as long as I can because I am highly satisfied with my membership.
