I was not happy about paying extra for deep tissue massage. On my initial massage, and when I signed up for the membership, I was not informed that deep tissue was an extra charge. This is ridiculous and no other massage company charges extra for this. Unless you change this policy, I'll be cancelling my membership.

The massage ended 10 minutes before the hour was up

Was suppose to have scalp massage with facial. No scalp massage happened. Sad.

I was rushed. And my massage was not an hour. He started at 1:15 and ended at 1:57. That's not an hour!! Also, I got the hot towels on both hands and feet, he rushed that. He could keep the towels on for longer along with the hot stones!!
