Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Savannah Nunn, who was at the front desk. She quoted a 45 minute wait and they got me back in about 30 minutes.

Big O rep Savannah called and explained our tires were dry rotted and offered several different options and was very friendly and knowledgeable.

They are so friendly and seem very good at their jobs. I have doing business with Big O for several years and always come back.

Staff was friendly, work was done quickly and done well. The price was cheaper than most other places. While I did not personally experience it I saw them communicate to other customers when they found an issue the customer may not have known about.

Because they was friendly and got to the point of the problem with my air conditioner in my car.

We were visiting from out of town, had an issue with our tire, and they jumped to help us and take care of us and not look at us as visitors and treated us more like family

I was very satisfied with the customer service i received upon my visit. I did not have an appointment but was able to get in and out very quickly.

The time before this one my oil cap was left off and I drove a 2 hour round trip before I noticed, the oil was all over under my hood, and dripping down the front of my vehicle when I got back, I had to pay for more oil to be put in. I was told several times they were going to have my car cleaned but it never happened, so before I went in this time I called ahead and ask if they could change my oil for no charge due to all of the trouble I had and she said yes. I just hate that I was given the run around for several months, when my 2019 Jeep could’ve very well locked up on me, it was a very serious matter that I don’t think was taken as seriously as it should have been.
