Because they was friendly and got to the point of the problem with my air conditioner in my car.

We were visiting from out of town, had an issue with our tire, and they jumped to help us and take care of us and not look at us as visitors and treated us more like family

I was very satisfied with the customer service i received upon my visit. I did not have an appointment but was able to get in and out very quickly.

The time before this one my oil cap was left off and I drove a 2 hour round trip before I noticed, the oil was all over under my hood, and dripping down the front of my vehicle when I got back, I had to pay for more oil to be put in. I was told several times they were going to have my car cleaned but it never happened, so before I went in this time I called ahead and ask if they could change my oil for no charge due to all of the trouble I had and she said yes. I just hate that I was given the run around for several months, when my 2019 Jeep could’ve very well locked up on me, it was a very serious matter that I don’t think was taken as seriously as it should have been.

I didn’t need to make an appointment, the location had the tires I needed, they got me in and out quickly. Staff was nice and the location was clean. I need nothing else.

Not only was the price great, but I barely had to wait . Also, the associates were very friendly, with one pointing out that the last person/ business had barely tightened the plug..not even a full turn. I'm very pleased with this locations service and knowledge . I will be a repeat customer.
