Big O Tires

Jacob was really nice and friendly, excellent service, I was not charged for fixing leak on passenger tire on my vehicle, we are going back tomorrow to get new tires on my husband’s pick-up.

I dropped in with a problem with my lug nuts. They were attentive and concerned and handled my situation in a timely and professional manner even though it was not a profitable transaction for them. I felt they were honest and caring. They communicated with me and even performed a complete curtesy check with pictures. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable and will give them my business in the future.

I spoke with them and they made a last minute appointment available and did a wonderful job. All were professional and courteous.

twice I stopped in this store and both times was experiencing troubling engine problems. The first time I met Big Joe and he was amazing. On Wed May 15 once again I was having severe engine trouble and Wes was the guy. He was kind, reassuring, competent, polite and very helpful. I still had 2 1/2 hours to drive to reach home and don't think I would have made it home with out his help. I wish I lived closer to this location because everyone I have met there has been a lifesaver. I can't thank them enough.

They took my car in at exactly at the appt time.

Knowledge of staff. Gave me excellent purchase recommendations. Keys got accidentally locked in my car. Gave me a ride to get extra set of keys. When I returned staff had already started the job. Rare that a business today would go this extra mile. Nice folks

I've used this Big O store for my tires needs for over 30 years. It has always been my go to store.

Very polite, knowledgeable and affordable. They found so many things that the dealership didn't tell me about so I appreciate them actually telling me so I can fix it before it breaks or becomes a larger problem.

I am a regular customer, and always have a great service provided by the staff.

Had a winter/summer off rim tire swap done. I had notified the store that I'd be 30 min late. Checked me in when I arrived and completed the service quickly at a reasonable price. This is the first time I've been to this store in a couple of years and their service has markedly improved. I'll try them again.
