Awesome group of workers.

I did not have my old receipt with me...because my tire was flat, the young man at the counter was willing to drive me to my home to get it...less than 3 miles away... You just can't beat their friendly service and willingness to go the extra "mile" for their customers. Very kind, considerate and professional crew. They helped turn an unpleasant situation into a not so bad day after all! Thank you very much to the Shawnee, KS. Big O Tire location employees.

The service workers got my car into the garage very promptly. The lady at the front desk was happy to write up an estimate for new tires. The car service (oil change and tire rotation) was performed even more quickly than expected. The mechanic took the time to reset the oil change indicator on my vehicle.

Friendly service at the front desk. Explained options for tires and did not try to up sell me anything or any other services which I really appreciated. Met all my expectations from my appointment time until I picked up my vehicle. Larry T
