They were very prompt and my wait time was great. The service man Let me know the progress on my car and when they were not able to fix my windshield in the back, he explained that they did not have the proper tools to fix the problem. He did make several suggestions as to where I might get it fixed, probably the dealership. I appreciated that. Great service.
