Big O Tires

I dropped car off for oil change and to patch a tire. I called first. I went over these two things again when I dropped off. I also verbally confirmed these two things when I picked up. This car is for my teenage daughter. She gets off work in the dark and her tire was again completely flat that night.. The tires only have 20,000 miles on them. This could ha evened very badly for my daughter. Pretty young ladies go missing all the time, especially at night. I trusted Big O with something very important to me and they let me down, even after confirming three separate times.

If you quote someone a price honor it. Went in at 430 and they were not busy at all and it took them almost 2 hours to change 4 tires. While I set there the TV keep cutting in and out. When it was done they charged me for way more then they quoted me I said something to him about it and he said all I can do is take road hazard off. Then he tossed my keys on the counter.Then I checked the tire pressure and one had 30psi and the other one had 39psi.

Keep. The price you quote people. The price I was quoted was $697 , after it was done the price of the service was $1100. That's I big difference!!!! I had a scheduled appointment at 1pm and they said running a little behind, did get done until 5pm.....

Get the work done in a timely manner. My truck was on the lot at the appointment time. It did not enter the shop until 2 hours later. It was another hour before the tires were removed from the truck, and a 4th hour to finally balance 2 tires, and mount and balance 2 others.

Not try and force ppl into something they don’t need. I will not be back. I went to OK Tire in Blue Springs and was fixed in 35 minutes..

I work overnights. I bought my tires there so I get the free rotation and balance, etc. I really needed the oil change as we were driving far for the Fourth of July. I waited an hour and a half. My appointment was at 10am, at 11:30 I looked into the garage window and saw my van wasn’t in there, and it was where I parked it when I got there. No one had talked to me so I went and asked what was going on and the woman seemed very bothered by me. She went out and asked and told me they were going to pull it in now, it would still be another 45 minutes to an hour, and was that fine? And I said no I needed to go. I work overnights and had this party to go to for the 4th, needed to sleep. That’s why I made an appointment. She said “k.” Guy pulled it up. No one said they were sorry or had any customer service.
