They asked me what I wanted done and did what I asked, and when It turned put my car needed more work they took me to my car and showed exactly what was wrong with it and gave me my options and waited for me to tell them what I wanted them to do and the got it done in a timely manner and the price was reasonable for the work it needed and they even offered away for me to get a 10% discount even know I didn't qualify but I appreciate the suggestion and the service.

I have used Big O Tires in the past to purchase tires for my vehicle and to have balancing and alignment done on my vehicle in the past and have always be satisfied with the service they provided.

I forget his name, but the business card available on the desk said he was a manager in training. He was amazing! I would love to have a drop-off box to bring in a car after hours.

It was just an incredible experience to be able to be informed about what was going to take place, what was needed… And how quick it was serviced. The customer service there is phenomenal. George stood out the most with his understanding of how to communicate effectively to the customer to allow them to process, what’s all involved.
